There are many books about Project Management; most deal with the hard details of project planning, establishing procedures and how to use software Project Management tools. I will only touch on those areas here. They are relatively straightforward, and mistakes are relatively rarely made in those areas. I have tried here to concentrate on the ‘soft’ areas, the cracks in the pavement, where most projects meet problems.
