ayam pukang

Bahan :

  • bumbu halus : ketumbar, jintan, kelapa parut, sangrai –> ulek satu per satu
  • bumbu ulek : cabe merah (rebus buang biji), bawang merah, bawang putih, kencur (yang banyak)
  • lengkuas, sereh
  • gula merah, garam
  • ayam dilumuri garam (untuk menghilangkan lendir), cuci bersih, digoreng setengah matang

cara :

  • rebus santan sampai mendidih
  • tumis bumbu ulek
  • tambah air, masukkan bumbu halus
  • tambahkan gula merah, garam secukupnya
  • masukkan ayam, masak dengan api kecil, biarkan bumbu meresap
  • masukkan santan
