Bubur Havermut Isi Kakap

Bahan:

  • 200 ml air kaldu
  • ½ sdt garam halus
  • 35 gr daging sapi cincang
  • 35 gr daging ikan kakap,haluskan.
  • 50 gr labu kuning, potong dadu kecil
  • 50 gr wortel, potong dadu kecil

Cara membuat:

  • Rebus havermut dengan air kaldu, bubuhi garam, aduk-aduk sampai setengah matang.
  • Masukan daging cincang, daging ikan kakap, dan labu kuning. Masakpula sampai havermut matang dan lunak.
  • Campurkan wortel. Aduk sampai seluruh bahan matang dan bubur mengental.
  • Hidangkan dalam keadaan hangat.
