BUBUR SAGU

Bahan-bahan/bumbu-bumbu :
5 buah sagu ambon
650 ml santan dari 1 butir kelapa
150 gram gula merah, disisir halus
1/2 sendok teh garam
3 lembar daun pandan
1/8 sendok teh vanili bubuk
2 cm kayumanis
25 gram kenari, disangrai, dicincang halus

Cara Pengolahan :

  1. Rendam sagu ambon dengan air dingin sampai lunak.
  2. Masak santan dan gula merah sambil diaduk sampai mendidih. Saring. Masak lagi. Tambahkan garam, daun pandan, vanili bubuk, dan kayumanis sambil diaduk sampai mendidih.
  3. Masukkan sagu ambon dan kenari. Masak sampai matang.
