Kupat tahu

Bahan
Kupat
Tahu putih
Tauge
Kol

Bumbu
Gula merah
Bawang putih
Lengkuas
Daun salam
Kacang tanah goreng

Cara :
1. Membuat kuah
gula merah (serut) + bawang putih (keprek – cincang) + lengkuas (keprek) + daun salam rebus dalam air hingga air berkurang setengah dan agak kental

2. Tahu putih , goreng kering , potong dadu

3. Taoge, kol iris dicelup air mendidih

4. Kacang tanah goreng + garam + gula merah : haluskan

Penyajian
Kupat , potong2
Tahu
siram kuah (sertakan cacahan bawang putih)
Taburkan kacang tanah
